Anchor operates a monthly payroll, covering all duties worked from the first to the last day of each month.

Wages for this period are paid on the 12th of the following month (for example, work done from 1st to 31st August will be paid on 12th September). If the 12th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holiday, payment will be made on the preceding Friday.

To clock in and out of your shifts, you are required to use either Timegate the automated telephone system.

To view your shifts, this can be accessed via the Employee Portal in the ‘Diary’ tab.

Portal access is granted automatically, via email, upon the commencement of your employment. To sign up for the Timegate Employee App, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To register for the app, you will need the Company’s unique Timegate PIN (244) and your personal employee PIN.

If you are interested in completing additional training courses, please visit the Anchor People homepage and select ‘Training Courses’, where you will find a list of available options. Simply click on a course to complete it on the Anchor Academy.

Once you have signed up to Anchor Academy using the invitation link sent to your email, click on ‘Access my space’. This will take you to the ‘My Courses’ page, where your mandatory training bundle will be displayed.

You can also access the mandatory training via the TrainerCentral app, available on both the App Store and Google Play Store.

If you have not yet signed up to Anchor Academy and are unable to locate your original invitation email, please contact HR for assistance.

Unfortunately, Anchor Group Services is unable to sponsor Skilled Worker visa applications as we do not hold the required sponsorship licence.

We recommend contacting the UK Council for International Student Affairs (UKCISA) for advice and guidance. You may also wish to speak with your university’s international student office, who can provide support and advise you on your available options.

If you meet the eligibility criteria, Anchor may be able to support you with the renewal of your SIA licence.

In order to return your signed contract and onboarding documents via Zoho Sign, you must ensure all mandatory fields are filled out. The number of outstanding fields can be seen in the top left corner (red number).

Please note, each time you leave the forms/platform, your signatures will be erased and will need inputting again.

You are eligible to apply for the Bike2Work scheme after you have successfully completed the probationary period.

If you would like further information about applying for the scheme once you have completed your probation, please email HR (hr@anchorgroupservics.co.uk).

If you recommend someone and they are successful in obtaining employment and successfully complete the probationary period, you are eligible for a £100 bonus.

The person you recommend must meet the following criteria:

  • Have a full five-year checkable work history
  • Have a clean police record
  • Have a mature and responsible approach

Please email HR (hr@anchorgroupservics.co.uk ) to request the Recommend a Friend Form which will need to be completed and returned to HR.

You will be notified if the person you have recommended has been successful. After they have completed their probationary period, you will be awarded your bonus in the next available wages.

All annual leave requests must be submitted through the Employee Portal and approved by your manager. You must give at least four weeks’ notice for leave; requests received outside this period will be considered on merit and may only be approved if operational requirements permit.
These can be found on your Timegate Portal. When you login, check the ‘Documents’ section.
This must be done by calling the AOC at least 6 hours before the start of your shift. Fuller guidance can be found in the employee handbook.

It is important everyone is dressed in clean and correct uniform when at work. Uniform can be requested via the Timegate portal. The  request is then received by the HR Team who will reference to the guidance for the respective contracts.
