Dave demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills and unwavering commitment to service when a major electrical failure impacted Market Place, including CCTV, phone lines, lighting, and access control systems.
Through his expertise and determination, Dave successfully reinstated power across the site, mitigating disruptions to tenants, staff, and customers.
As our Dual Services Manager, Dave has for more than 20 years been a very reliable and reassuring presence at the heart of Market Place Shopping Centre. Recognised by his immediate colleagues with this nomination through every busy period, early start, and unexpected challenge, he lives our Anchor core values with pride, always going above and beyond to keep the Centre safe, welcoming, and running smoothly.
